MoO2 questions

Is there a Mod out there to give more picks in custom race? I have always idly wanted a super-race game.

also, I'm running 2 systems on windows xp and want to network play with a friend but there is Comm failure on network play. I've looked for fixes but they seem to involve running windows 95.

Any help or advice on either would be appreciated.

this is a comprehensive editor for MoO2, you can change all your racial stats, edit systems, ships, heroes the whole works.

Little tip, undo some of the changes before you research evolutionary mutation in the game. If you add more than 4 additional points of picks then the upgrade screen you get with EM wont let you leave because you end up with a negative picks total.
