What are your favorite early to mid early game colony and ship leaders whom you rely on many games. I'll go first:

Colony: Rash-Iki the Warlord
When I get this guy I smile everytime.

Ship: Aquasarrious the Trilarian Navigator
I have actually won and lost games over this pilot.

Also like that 'operations' leaders that increase your command like Grak and Claw.
