ive always been a little disappointed that civ traits arent a bit more extreme.
imagine one civ with a huge production bonus but a severe military penalty. this civ can churn out twice as many military units but they require a barracks to have 2 bubbles (conscript types). or a civ with an unreal culture bonus. his whole strategy is an ungodly ability to produce culture flips. but he is penalized with a commercial penalty that keeps him dreadfully behind in the tech race.
this way when we get bored of one civ and decide to play another we have TRULY a different game on our hands.
