More problems... Frame Rate.

I know ppl have been having problems with this game. So you may or may not have figured out this problem. My problem is when zooming in and out it's so slow, very slow really. Also when I move my cursor up, down, left, and right it also moves slow. Like there might be something wrong with the frame rate or something. If you know anything about this and can help me out I'd appreciate it.
I've put my settings to the lowest and get the same response.

Specs....
Intel Celeron Processor (2.00ghz)
1.24 GB of RAM
Windows XP SP2
Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 (256mb) *lastest drivers

I would put that down to the graphic card. There has a number of FX cards that are just not up to the job. Try increasing the AGP aperture in the BIOS, it might speed things up but only slighty. Also, try Rivatuner http://download.guru3d.com/rivatuner/ and force the shaders down to v1.1 and play with the lowest graphic settings. In the nvidia control panel try setting 'Image quality' to Performance and turn off any AA here and in the game options. If it still isn't running at a decent speed then I can only suggest you upgrade the card, a series 6 card should do the job with no problems.
