Morroco- advice needed

So I'm playing with Morroco on Prince diff. and got attacked by Denmark from the south. I managed to defend myself pretty easily. Should I go now take his capital or should I made peace with him? They are on desert tiles, will that give me advantage with all units?
Any other advice you can give me? Especially how to increase happines. I was trying to go for Cultural VC, but I don't know maybe it's better to aim for Diplomatic VC.

It should be fairly easy, as they are on desert tiles. But is it worth it? You need to invest in siege engines for example. Is it worth it not spending those hammers on buildings?

Secondly, you should see what you will gain from it. If they have precious resources, then that could be a good reason to conquer them.

Otherwise, try and get a good peace deal and grow your empire peacefully.

Yes, you're right, it's better to focus on my buildings. They have maybe 3 tiles of salt, but they are not worth going to war at this point. Maybe later.
