I have 15 units exploring all over the world, and I wish to start a war. Is there an easy way to tell all military units to report to one area?

That's a good suggestion. I always had to move every unit on every game I had since civ 1 tile by tile, one by one and finally got to reveal all maps that I have used. There should be an easier option to be able to move all those units! I just can't seem to be able to suggest the developers how to doit.

I remember the old Civs where there was no "go to there" option. Left a square, up a square, etc....
Been addicted since Civ 1 came out. Everything in life reminds me of it and I have to play for 4 hours every evening.

Do you really want to trust to an AI route-finding for your units?

I would quite like a command you could give to a damaged naval unit "Go to the nearest place you can repair".

I always use AI route finding, I trust it implicitly, just as I trust Google Maps on my phone. Why would I want to move it 50 times instead of just saying go over there over the next 5 moves?

"Go to the nearest place you can repair" is easy enough to do manually, just go to your own territory or that of an ally, and preferably inside a city if there's bad guys about.
