Moves through unauthorised territory

I've noticed that Beyond the Sword has animations for when you move your units. The problem is, when you sometimes move your units around borders which you have no access to, the animation shows your unit clearly moving through the territory. This is not a huge problem, it's just unrealistic and rule defying.

Well, it is moving through that territory! It just can't stop there.
