Movie Extraction

I was curious if there was a way to extract the movies from Civ 4 to play externally. I ask this mainly because the movies are VERY jerky on my game, so I don't get to see them the way I'd like. So, any ideas?

If I'm not mistaken, since I've viewed them externally myself, they already are. I had to use a player specific to bink videos to view them. They're in one of the directories, I'm at work so I can't check that right now.
