I read somewhere on these threads that somebody disbanded their capital city so that the capital would be moved to the next largest city. How do you do this ? I mean, how do you disband your capital ?
Just building settler in size 2 wont do it cos it waits until the size is 3. On occasions this would be a most useful thing to do especially when given a poor starting position.
Please dont tell me I can build palace in any other city cos that takes far too long. I want to know how to disband my capital.
