MP with pass

Hi!

So I have a few friends who are pre gathering storm and I have everything so I was just wondering if they host a game will I be able to play with NFP civs? or if I host? Paradox games requires only host to have DLC, but iirc hey can't play them if they don't own them in civ?

The host determines which content is available to be played. The other players may choose any civ that they to also own. So, no NFP, no NFP civs.
