This is a very complex situation, and I consider MSAVs interpretation as fair, as we only stick to gunboat diplomacy, which is a variation of the Shorai Line.
I think many people abstained because they wanted to protest the fact that this poll had too many prequisites based on things that were yet to be decided by other ministries.
Plausible deniability is for cowards.
