MSVFW32.DLL Error?

Whenever I try to start Civ 2, I get the top menu bar of the program and then an error box comes up that says "Civ 2 has caused an error in MSVFW32.DLL. The program will now close."
I've reinstalled it and everything. WHAT'S UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

That looks like a Video for Windows problem... It might not have installed properly, or some other application has changed it.

Open the "VFW_INST" folder on your Civ2 CD and run vfwsetup.exe to re-install (or do what Smash said).
