Multiplayer game help

When I play a LAN game and save it then reload it later to start playing it again the game loads but the screen will stay black or sometimes the screen will show the map but you can not move or do any action. It no fun to restart the game everytime me and my brothers want to play. I have all the expansion and the lastest patch for conquests pacth v1.20 thanks for any help you can give.

I am not sure why that happens because I don't play that often at all. And BTW, try getting patch v1.22 for C3C - that is the latest one.
