1. are the lions or any kind of lions can swim, cause one flying lion kill my trols

2. looking for players on Beograd/Zagreb/Vienna or if you like 16 parallel

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to communicate here, but lions don't swim. Bears used to (I believe they are now landbound). I think Lizards and Raptors still have Waterwalking. How did your friend get the lion into the air?

If you are instead possibly requesting a method to COUNTER his flying lions, and are referring to Jotnar trolls, they can be made to swim with Seakin (at Fishing), fly with Stormkin (at Trade), or become invisible like Giant Spiders when in forests with Woodkin (at Hunting). All of these "kin" promotions can be bought at any time within your cultural borders once researched, and costs 100 gold apiece. They do not have any requirements aside from the gold.

first Im trying to find interested players for some MP games,
second is that in one MP game with my friend there was a lion(animal neutral) that haunt my hippogryph across the sea and kill him on the shore of misty island
