multiplayer gamespy question

I'm trying to get into the C3C room in Gamespy, but it doesn't seem to be loading. I get nothing at all. What is going on? Any help is appreciated.

I only have two games that Gamespy supports, Conquests and Play the World. When I click to enter either rooms, nothing happens. On the side panel by the C3C logo it lists only "1" for the number of players in the room, but I don't get any graphics for the room, etc. I get the same thing when I attempt to go into the GameSpy chat room.

Make sure your firewall and router are configured correctly.

Make sure you have all gamespy updates too.
