Multiplayer Question

I just bought the PTW expansion and i'm wondering what level are the multiplayer games are played on. (I want to play that level to get my feet wet before jumping into a online game)

Whatever level the host has set it too. After you join it and launch the game, you go to a screen where it asks all that stuff. Default is regent i believe
