Multiple installs

Is it possible to have multiple simultaneous installs? I have 1.61 on my laptop, but want to add 1.09 for the PBEM game I'm in, and conversely I have 1.09 on my PC, but want to add 1.61 so I can play my single-player games on it.

Yes, you can have multiple installs. Just name one installation, install another. The only issue you will have is that there is only one icon to launch with, so you will have to rename folders before you start up another version.

So all I have to do is install into another folder path? Or do you mean rename the existing folder, and install the new one into the default path? Can you use multiple icons?

You will need to rename your current installation and reinstall.

You cannot have multiple icons to launch the program, as it does require registery information to start the program.

Ah right - but there's no version information in the registry though, right?
