For the scenario I'm currently making, the songs don't fit the theme. I want to add 99 Red Balloons, by Goldfinger, which I have on Napster. Is there any way I can put it in my scenario?

Civ uses only its music from the CD, so unfortunately you can´t change it. You can use own Wave-Sounds, so you can convert short songs into .wav files, but be in mind that this may not be much useful, because these .wav files can be very large (=long up/downloads when spreading the scn, also much RAM needed) and they are only played once ordered via events, so they can´t serve as background music (they are fine for sound FX
