My Delegates are reporting on meeting my own delegates

OK, so this is a tiny, almost insignificant bug, but is slightly game breaking for me. In a nutshell, when I send a delegation to a Civilization, I get a pop-up telling me about how the delegates I just sent are reporting on the Civilization meeting with delegates from my own civilization. So, for example, I (Scythia) will get a message along the lines of "Your delegates report that Rome has met with a delegation, they believe they're from Scythia).

Like I said, very minor, but still one I'd like to see fixed.

I'm getting rumors about my own delegations.

Meaning: Playing as Egypt, I send a delegation to, say, Brazil and then I'll get a "Rumor has it that Brazil has received a foreign delegation. They say the delegation came from Egypt"-message.

I'm seeing it as well. Same with trading with other civs.
