My game updated, took 2 seconds, no new/updated files

Today I logged into Steam, and my Civilization 5 updated. it only took a few seconds, but no new or updated file was found. Any other clues?

Would probably be this, a 141 Kb download that puts a CivWorld ad in your menu.
