I have made a huuge list of all the WW2 units I could find on Civfanatics and listed them in a spreadsheet. This will probably be useful to any WW2 unit modder that doesn't want to go combing through all the downloads on this site just to find one thing.
There may be duplicates; if graphics makers have uploaded any updates to old files separately from their old files, there will be two listed, if that makes sense. I've included every file's name, author, country it could be used for, whether or not it has a button, and a name for the unit that designates what it is. Most of the "Button?" column is listed as "unknown", this just means that the uploader didn't specify whether or not there was one. Every file name is typed as accurately as possible; that means that any typos there are probably not mine. (Unless you see a "slef propelled gun", I kept typing that by accident
) Right now the list is sorted in alphabetic order. There are 629 total units!!! Wow!!!
If I missed any units anywhere, let me know, it's probable. If I gave wrong credit to anyone, tell me quickly so I can fix it!!!
The three places that I looked for units in are: The CIV4 Modern Units downloads, the CIV4 Industrial Units downloads, the Road to War Mod, the WW2: 1939 Mod. Any other units that weren't in the database or were added after July 1st, 2013, are probably not in the list.
Right now, the list is in alphabetic order. For those who want to sort it a different way and don't know how (with excel), a guide to all sorts of sorts

I went through and removed all the duplicate units that were listed twice (once in the ww2 1939 mod and once in the database) and tagged all the original database ones that were used in the ww2 1939 mod with "can be found in the WWII: 1939 mod".
