hey alll,cud u tell me why i have surplus luxury to trade with one civillisation but no surplus with another?or at least can direct me to a thread or something so i can learn abt trading?

if another civ already has a resource you do not see it in the list of things you have to offer. You can use this to see what resources the other civs have. If you can sell them iron, that means they dont have it.

It's the same with luxuries. I another civ has that luxury you can't trade to them something they already have.
