Can't enter that forum as guest. Also, this forum is way better than that forum if you can read English.

You just need to install the appropriate language pack in windows to read different lanaguages (No additional software if win2K or XP. Check it under regions in control panel).

Okay, that is much better. I choose random civ to attack. Whoever is weak and has the resources I want

For me it depends what condition i'm in. If there is a civ whose land i want I attack them. If there is a civ that is near me I attack them. If there is a civ that has resorses or luxries I want i attack them. There is no specific civ I target except Biscmark and Ghandi. If you let Biscmark go up to the industrial age he will overun you with panzers. If you let Ghandi live too long he will stab you in the back.

In the beginning I almost always attack one of the weakest civ that has important resources in their borders and bordering to me.

You attack Japan because you have some kind of grudge against them or something? Well if i'm Dutch i'll attack germans to get them back for the world cup final of 1974, which we should have won

I can understand why you Chinese would attack Japan. What horrible things they did to China. Worse than the Germans during WW2, even.

My main enemy is the Zulu because Shaka is such an unpredictable bastard.

My first victim is usually my weakest neighbour or a stronger civ if I can get a lux or resource.

The only civ I would target due to "nationality" would be the Persians if I can get to them before they get iron. You have to fear those pesky immortals in the early game!
