Went away, but now I'm back. :)

How about an easy quiz, so as not to strain anyone's brain this early in the new year?

Please give the more common designations for the following weapons:

1) Fagot
2) Fishbed
3) Flogger
4) Flagon
5) Hip
6) Badger
7) Blinder
8) Bear
9) Hokum
10) Fitter
11) Frogfoot
12) Fresco
13) Havoc
14) Gainful
15) Mainstay
16) Papa
17) Osa
18) Sagger

Bonus question:

Using NATO standard military symbology, what size unit would be marked with the symbol "XXXXX" ?

Have fun,
/bruce

2) MiG-21
3) MiG-23
4) Su-21
6) Tu-16
7) Tu-22
9) I think it's the Kamov KA-50 helicopter
11) Su-25
13) Mi-28

I probably got all these wrong, trying to remember some stuff I read for my NATO/Warsaw Pact project back in High School.

Actually, you've got them all correct. :)

Except:

Mainstay is a IL-76 based AWACS plane. I'm not aware of the A-15 designation.
