Naval advisor?

This is just a thought, and pardon me if someone has already mentioned it, but it would be cool if the military advisor could be split into two: an army (land forces) advisor and a naval advisor. I actually rely on the military advisor quite a bit but when, for example, he says "The ________ have a bigger army than us..." it would be really useful to know if my opponent enjoys superiority in both his land forces and in his navy. The issue is especially pertinent if you're playing on some kind of continents map.
 
Advisors are useless as they don't actually advise you of anything, simple copy and paste the same thing over and over again. Which is why Firtaxis should have taken a page out of Paradox/Creative Assembly and allowed the player to promote and remove special persons that affect certain aspects of their civ i.e. Gold. Tech etc.
