With a new patch coming up in Fall, I was wondering: I know that we have Britian, but what other civ can be changed to be 'naval' ?

Civs that can be converted to be "naval"?
Well, they hinted at Germany and Japan receiving changes. Japan could have a bonus to Aircraft Carriers (maybe starting with one of the capacity promotions or better movement). Germany could have a U-Boat UU instead of Landsknechts. It could be cheap like the Landsknecht with the Caravel's evasion ability or start with Wolf Pack I.
Other than that, I can't really think of any existing civs where their naval prowess has rivaled other aspects of their history. Athens had a famous navy, but Greece isn't just Athens.

Maybe Spain could get a special cargo ship, "Galleon", that increases trade yield.
Danish could get triremes that start with the city attack bonus.
Morocco could get some kind of Barbary pirates unit or ability.
There's already a lot of ancient unique boats.
I think Japan would be more accurate with a unique battleship than carrier.
German unique U-boats would be awesome but I think they're trying to make Germany more than just Nazis and they already have panzers.
