Why did all of my events disappear? I had them all typed in, and now only the first line is there. What happened?

Did you edit the file in the text editor, then open the savegame and edit it afterwards without having used DELEVENT.EXE?
It's because the events file is built into the savegame, so that to edit it you must either use the in-game editor or notepad and DELEVENT to clear the events from the old .sav file before you load it again.
