Need a manual for worldbuilder

I need a manual for wolrdbuilder.
There's just many things i don't understand how to do, the editor looks so simple and crappy... For example, i haven't yet found out, how to open a map without starting a game. Because, if i'll start a game, then there will be changes made by AI's on map and i'll have to undo them all somehow Then i also dunno how to move a unit, not delete it, but move it. And how to change things which are building in cities. And so on... So manual would be very handy...
