Need an option to turn off DLC

I like to play succession games, and since everyone doesn't have Babylon, and that problem will only get worse as more DLC is released, an option in the game setup to exclude DLC would be good to have. Probably needed for multiplayer too.

Of course the workaround is to have a player without the DLC to make the starting save, but it would be nicer to have an in-game solution.
