Need help about specialists

Hey guys I have some problem and it seems like it's just me since I cannot find any topics about that:

In the city screen I have some specialist and till spy person they work great (e.g. merchant, artist), but then I'm missing all the extras like doctors, celebrities, lawyers etc.
Actually I can see doctor and lawyer at the top of the screen just where the properties showing up, but it's half transparent and I cannot do anything with it.

Any ideas? (resolution and graphics checked)

This is a known problem and I am working on it. My last two attempts I have managed to loose the code when I was about half way to a solution. I have one other thing to do first before getting back to it.
