Need help: Adequate graphics card?

I just bought Civ 4, and I'd like to run it on a computer that has an integrated graphics chip (Radeon 9100). That doesn't seem to be sufficient, so I need to buy a graphics card, but I only have a PCI slot available (not PCI-e).

I've done some research, and found that these are recommended as the fastest PCI graphics cards:

• DIAMOND Stealth Radeon X1550 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Video Card

• 3d Fuzion 6200 128mb

Will either of those be adequate for Civ 4, considering the PCI slot bottleneck?

Radeon 9100 should be able to handle this - as does the x1550 - don't know the other.
Are your drivers updated?
