Need help for Icon and Modinfos with SDK Tools

Greeting , after 2 days to try , i come here to ask help.

If i want create my icon with UI_ICONS.xlp, my build brake with error -1.
And for the modinfo, i want to know where and what i do write (and for the leadercriteria, is important ?)

Resolved for UI_ICONS. I just have a dirty blue shadow on my dds in game

So I'm not the only one whose leader art turns bluish in certain screens...

i like stroumf but not in civilization game :s ... Maybe dds format ? idk ...
i make my dds in A8R8G8B8 ... need to try in other format (dtx for example)

EDIT : If i change format in DTX, SDK make error, bad idea ... I m lost, i don't know what i do make.
