Need help with civ 3 steam version

Hi all! Long time civ player and forum member but I hadn't played for a while since my Windows 10 PC can't run civ and it was a pain booting up my older machine. I recently bought civ 3 on steam and can't seem to get the victrory conditions tab to open. I think it was F12 on the older version but random button mashing is not finding it.

Also I could never get Civ Assist ii to work on my old system and gave ti a try today. I get error messages when I use it to navigate to a save in my steam app>civ>conquests>saves folder.

Can anyone offer advice or point me to a tutorial for using Civ Assist with the steam version (or using it at all!)

Or just hit the V button bottom right, after 10 turns.

I have CivAssist problems myself so cant help there.

Thanks! I've been playing forever and never noticed the buttons bottom right! Oddly though, F8 doesn't work for some reason.

Can anyone offer help for civ assist?
