Need help with moding.

Hi, I'm creating a map of Belgium and I want the Belgian provinces to be my civs. And since I'm not very familiar with modding I'd like your help.

Can I create new civs from scratch, and if so, how? Or do I have to edit existing mods? If yes, I'd like to know a few things.

• How do I change the name of the civ and its leader?
• How do I delete the UA, UB and UU?
• Can I change the logo? (optional)
• Can I replace the animations of the leaders with my own pictures? (optional)

I think that's all I have to know
