Need help with population

Well. when I build a city the most pop are after some turns the most of them become and say "Its too crowded" and they stop work.. what should I do in order to decrease the crowding?

Don't worry to much about your English, But this needs to be in the general discussion forum instead of here.

Basicily though the answer is when + = - stop growing your city until you get more + faces.

Happy Faces come from resources (luxury Goods), and buildings, plus the limited starting number based on level.
