Need some help with Civ4MissionInfos

I'm interested in adding a new mission in Civ4MissionInfos, but I'm having some trouble understand some elements of the file. The Modiki page for this file doesn't exist and I haven't had much luck finding another reference. If you know of one, I'd appreciate a link.

I'm trying to understand the impact of iTime and bTarget. I found docs indicating that, in other contexts, iTime indicates how long an operation will take. However, I don't understand how that applies in the context of the missions. I'm completely stumped with bTarget.

First: To get a new mission to work, you also have to alter the Dll. If you can't do that, then modifying the missionInfos.xml is worthless.

I guess, iTime is the time, which is needed for the animation of the unit.
