NEED URGENT HELP! Installation Problems

I have installed Civ IV today and the installation went fine. I opened up the game and when the loading bar was up the whole computer suddenly just restarted and a blue screen came up with the this message :-

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

When i open up windows then an error box comes up and says

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i really wish to just play my game which i had as a christmas present

I think you have a soundblaster live or Audigy?

Try downloading the latest drivers from Creative Labs.
