Need Video Card Recommendation

I'm currently using a Geforce FX 5200. I have more ghz and RAM than my roommate who uses a Geforce 4200, and his games run smoother.

I'm looking to upgrade my vid card but not TOO much. I'm not looking for a $200+ card, just one that is better than mine and is proven to run Civ IV well.

Basically, a GOOD card that's roughly $100 or less. Thanks.

I'm looking, too. In exactly the same boat. My fx5200 is marginal. The geforce 6600gt is probably the best performance-price ratio. The GT version, mind you. One can usually be found on newegg.com for about $120 (after rebates), if you check regularly.
