New Arkadia

Looks like to get things done you need to work within one of these states so I've decided to settle in Barcelona.

For starters I'd like to ask Joe to propose a 10% increase to the espionage buget in the Assembly.

Never mind that request Joe. We should be discussing state matters.

Most of the cities in New Arkadia are well developed and have few buildings left to fill their build queues, maybe this would be a good time to make Mt. Rushmore (Arkadia) and the Forbiden Palace (Madrid).

As long as there are no national wonders of use in Arkadia or Madrid (haven't got the save on me now) then i agree that we should try and persude the powers to be to allow us to build them.

Oh right, Arkadia has Oxford and Madrid has Wall St. but I can't think of any other national wonders that we would particularly want to combine with those so I guess it won't be a problem.

Finish jail (8) grocer (13)

Continue granary (4) then switch from coal mine tile to grassland farm tile, cancel library start courthouse instead (18)
