new bonuses not showing up in game

has anyone run into a new bonus (resource) they've made/added not showing up during the map building process...I'm only haveing trouble with one which never shows up, then some only show up now and again...the xml's are cut n pastes of copper, so that shouldn't be the problem, was hoping someone had run into this and could advise how to fix it....

everything shows up fine in world builder

If it shows up in world builder, but not in game did you the right tech?

only thing i can think of ofcourse i very new to modding civ
