New building: Residencies

I managed to make a new building for my scenario using GIMP and a few slides from SC4
It's called residencies, requires timber, allows city level2. The Home Insurance wonder can put one on every city on the continent. Many cities on the scen already come as cities or metropolis, but the ones that don't, may need this.

Here's a preview for those interested.

Feedback: Looks good, but could use some shadowing on the grass. Also, this is not a full set, but a preview. The large civilopedia file isn't enough to constitute a building graphics, you need the small civilopedia file (32x32) and buildings-large (50x40) and buildings-small (32x32) images.

Anyway, good job!

I have the large files, both pedia and buildings large.
I just need to resize them into the small files. I was going to do it anyway, since i'm gonna be using it on my scen, i just posted the preview to see if it looked good or not, to you.
BTW, still needs some work on the palette, that's just a freebie.

It's mostly a color tone difference

That's pretty neat! It could be a replacement for Aqueducts and Sewer Systems in which that house could replace the aqueduct and a large apartment complex to replace the sewer systems.

I'm gonna be using apartment buildings as a improovement of residencies. 8 residencies is minimal for a apartment building, which will require Steel and Gas, and will allow city level3.

Nice wonder, I wish we coiuld build multiples of those, to make the city view look like a real city.

sadly, it won't display on the city view.
BTW, do you guys think i should do it era-specific?
