FINALLY ITS HERE!!!!!!!!!! I have a few questions first,

1.Is this available for Vanilla Civilization IV or Warlords only or BTS only?

2.Why do you include Marcos even though he is an EVIL DICTATOR???????

And Mao Zedong, Stalin, Napoleon, Ceasar, Genghis Khan, Montezuma, and others that Sid Meyer put in the games were not EVIL DICTATORs?

Yes i'm agree with You and infact there were made also Hitler, Mussolini, Pinochet, Franco, Pol Pot, Idi Amin... They are useful for historical scenarios and so I wonder why anybody cares of them...

No seriously, did anybody got the chance to DL this a while back? Would be greatly appreciated if you would be so kind enough to upload a RAR or something( Yeah I love CIV but.... I'm inept when it comes to computers, I think the term is called tech-illiterate or something within those lines
