You could post these in requests for CivGold (in project and mod development forum, click on civgold and go to a thread that says something about posting new civ requests)

I didn't know how to at first either, but I found some guides and I was eventually able to. So if you take half as much as you beg for people to make you civs or modpacks you could easily have one done.
