New Colonies III (v3.2) PBEM

Yop,

You're right. We should negotiate a border. The St Lawrence river, obviously.

Not the Hudson, though. Britain lays claim to all lands east of the Alleghenies (or however it's spelt). We have no western frontier. Let's negotiate that as we come to it. If France expands to take cities, we have no complaint as long as we're not trying to take the same ones, at the same time.

Jamestown and Charleston may well expand westwards eventually, depending on the attitude of the various native peoples there.

Im baaaaaack! Is it my turn? Nope I dont think so, who is next?:crazyeye:

Edit: Academia I believe it is you! It is really good to be back, after not being able to BUMP for a week I thought I was going to BURST!!:D

Manufacturers from the New World Port of Willemstad arrive to enrich the new Spanish Port of Lisbon. The Merchant vessel outside of Lisbon will continue on after the next turn. Lots of Guilders!:D

New World Tobacco from Nieuw Amsterdam was landed south of London for trade in London next turn. Hopefully that will meet with the esteemed English Monarchs approval.:D

I am hoping we can all agree to leave the Sea Lanes between Dover and Calais open to all traffic as long as peace reigns across europe. This will benefit all nations who desire peacefull trading throught Europe and the New World.

Natives of Potowatomi Hill subdued.

...but mostly the Dutch, hey? ;)

However, I shall leave them open unless I have some cause to punish the Dutch.....:D The French ditto, probably.

Now come on John, you benefit from this too!:crazyeye:

I played the Brits a jillion times and always do a ton of trade with Amsterdam. Very Lucrative for the Brits and a heck of a lot easier than going all the way around Scotland.:D

Yeah that makes sense, if a unit is obsoleted as a scen function it won't take it, even if it's not obsolete in our minds. I guess my canoes'll have to do. :undecide:

Nieuw Amsterdam to London Tobacco for lots of Guilders
Fort Orange to Le Havre Furs

That is about it, moved some more trade units around

...and the Iroquois turn
