I used to play a lot on Civ 3 Conquest, but not anymore because I have the following problem:
When the game is loading. there seem to be missing files and the game end. However, I jut reinstalled it on a PC with Windows reinstalled. It is Windows XP. I never had the problem for some years. It begins on my PC before I reinstalled Windows.
When I load a game, the missing file is settler.ini, I do not see. Maybe I just don't find it... When I load a scenario, the mising file is sworsman.deflaut.flc, I do have in the right folders. It seems like the game cannot find his own files... If they were truly missing, Civ 3 basic could not be played and I can play it.
