New here - having problems with the cloud saves

Hey guys sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum but is anyone else having issues with the cloud?

as of yesterday I’ve tried to reinstall/uninstall both civ and steam and now I can’t log in on my switch either.
The 2k account is Grayed out in both the pc version and switch for me and says offline.
