New Installation Error

When installing BTS the bar gets about a quarter of the way done and then I get an error message. It reads:

Feature: DefaultFeature (Like that, with no space)
Component: WarlordsComponent
File: F:\data2.cab
Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the background, it says:
Installing: C:\...\Art\LeaderHeads\SittingBull\Sitting_Bull_Backgrnd_Sunset.dds


The only option on the error message is "OK".
When I click the OK button, it closes the BTS installation. It does not finish it and I tried to start it all over and it happened again.

Anything you can offer helps. I just wanna rage with some praets.

CRC errors are usually due to a damaged or dirty disc or the drive not reading the disc properly.
Try one/some of the following:
cleaning the disc,
cleaning your cd/dvd drive
if you have 2 cd/dvd drives on your PC use the other one
copying the disc to your hard drive and installing from there,
copying the disc on another PC and copying the files to your PC's hard drive and installing from there,

One or a combination of these may help, but it may be that that the disc is fatally damaged and you may have to replace it.
