Hi all,
This is a mod for plain Civilization 4 version 1.7.4.0.
The mod adds the fictional character David Palmer from the television series '24' to Civilization 4 as a leader of the American civilization. The mod changes leader graphics, civilopedia entries, diplomacy text and the leader's personal music for the industrial era onwards.
This leader's traits are Industrious and Financial to try and fit in with the other leaders in the game. If you wish to change them, edit the CIV4LeaderHeadInfos.xml file and change the <TraitType> value to the traits you want.
Otherwise, the leader is a clone of Roosevelt and will play in exactly the same way.
I haven't made a mod for Civ4 before, but this one seems to work properly. Hopefully some fans of '24' might get something out of this.
