I'm a new one to multiplayer game, but I've played Single player and Hot Seat Games with Civ 2 TOT. Is there anyone here with TOT who wants to start a game?

I would suggest you check this thread. It has most of the MP people in it. Otherwise, you can contact Flatlander Fox and he can give you an idea where to look for players.

If you want to play MP scenarios, there are many games going right now, some of them might be in need of a player, or you can try to start a new MP scenario.
