I played a few things in a rush yesterday morning and I seem to have forgot to say that I was diplo locked. I just tried to re enter now and I think the game has crashed... Is it still xenu who is doing reloads for this? To my login would be fine, as I just responded to the offer.

Hey folks -- latest update:

The server is completely unavailable and will be until after the weekend as the host has to order parts. It is possible there will be a loss of recent data, but we won't know until the server is brought back up.

In the meantime, looks like we'll have to find other things to amuse us over the weekend. Fortunately, I already had plans to go camping.

Update: Spacetyrantxenu at RB is trying to get a temporary host working. He had one game up for a few minutes and hit a snag.

It turns out I don't know the admin password for this game. On top of that only one game refrained from crashing out of the five other games I tried to temporarily host. So the odds weren't exactly in our favor here anyway. Caledorn said the server should be back in a few days, though. Enjoy your break?

Yeah, we are not hurrying or going anywhere. Cal can have all the time he needs. Interesting I saw him online in gtalk just last Friday and I said hello, but he said nothing. Let's hope he dont thought it was linked with the server crash for which I did not knew yet.

Please post here if you have any problems connecting. I set the turn timer to 44 hours (approximately 2 days) for this first turn back, please let everyone know you're back online. Also, please pause this first turn to avoid the clock rolling and having to do a reload. I think the game may be paused now though, since I can't see how much time is on the clock.
